L’articolo di oggi è incentrato su uno dei lavori che hanno reso il mondo quello che è oggi, ovvero il lavoro di architetto.

Se oggi abbiamo a disposizione edifici e strutture all’avanguardia, è merito anche degli architetti e della loro inventiva.

Andiamo dunque a vedere più da vicino questo ruolo, analizzando più nel dettaglio le mansioni svolte, quanto si porta a casa ogni mese e, per chi fosse interessato a intraprendere queto tipo di carriera, ciò che occorre per diventarlo.

1. Cosa fa l’architetto

Prima di tutto, sappiate che ci sono numerose qualifiche nel ramo dell’architettura. A seconda della qualifica, si andranno a svolgere diverse mansioni, quindi, su questo articolo, ci concentreremo sulla figura generale dell’architetto, esaminando in diverse sedi le altre tipologie di qualifiche.

L’architetto svolge numerosi compiti. Tra le principali mansioni abbiamo:

  • ideare e progettare edifici o, eventualmente, paesaggi urbani
  • studio dell’ambiente circostante alla zona della costruzione (per valutare eventuali ripercussioni sul progetto iniziale)
  • fare un preventivo sui costi e sui tempi del progetto
  • presentare le proposte di progetti a clienti o per bandi e concorsi pubblici e privati
  • supervisionare l’andamento della costruzione
  • valutare l’integrità strutturale degli edifici sottoposti a restauro

Tenete presente che queste sono le mansioni svolte da un architetto “generale”, un architetto che si qualifica ad esempio in Interior Designer svolgerà altre mansioni più specifiche come ad esempio la progettazione degli interni di un edificio.

Una volta capite le sue mansioni, andiamo a vedere quanto riesce a portarsi a casa con questo lavoro.

2. Quanto prende un architetto

La prima cosa da sapere sulla paga di un architetto è la sua variabilità. Questa professione, infatti, può essere svolta sotto diverse forme, ad esempio da libero professionista, per imprese di costruzioni, per studi di architettura, o ancora, si può svolgere questa professione per conto di enti pubblici.

Tutto questo deve farvi comprendere che dare stime precise per questo mestiere è da escludere.

Ciò che vi verrà fornito sono cifre medie che possono essere raggiunte grazie a questa professione.

Come affermato da molti giovani professionisti del settore, i primi 5 anni sono quelli più duri, specie a causa della totale inesperienza in ambito lavorativo, arrivando a guadagnare circa 850 euro i primi tempi per poi salire, man mano che aumenta l’esperienza, fino ai 1300 euro netti al mese.

Sappiate che queste sono cifre indicative, dettate da una moltitudine di fattori. C’è, infatti, chi riesche a fare di più e chi invece tali cifre se le sogna anche dopo i 5 anni.

Ma non scoraggiatevi perché il lavoro dell’architetto, oltre a essere un bellissimo lavoro ricco di soddisfazioni, è in grado di regalare anche delle ottime paghe.

Infatti, un architetto è anche capace di raggiungere cifre ben più significative. Sappiate che un libero professionista può arrivare a guadagnare attorno ai 3000-5000 euro mensili se dotato di una buona mole di lavoro.

Insomma, come avrete intuito il guadagno dell’architetto è davvero un’incognita. Se lavoro per enti pubblici, imprese di costruzioni o studi di architettura, il guadagno varierà e dipenderà dal tipo di contratto che si è riusciti a stipulare.

Se si è liberi professionisti, il guadagno dipenderà dalla vostra bravura e dalla capacità di attirare a voi clienti.

Visti questi dati riferiti esclusivamente al suolo italiano, per chi fosse interessato a intraprendere questa carriera, vediamo ciò che serve per fare l’architetto.

3. Come diventare architetto

La prima cosa da fare per diventare architetto è conseguire la laurea nel relativo corso di studi, ovvero quello di architettura.

Il primo ostacolo da superare sarà proprio essere ammessi a questa facoltà, in quanto, proprio come avviene per i corsi di studi in ambito sanitario, quest’ultimi sono a numero programmato, ovvero solo un certo numero di studenti che avrà superati i vari test verrà ammesso alla facoltà.

Una volta superato questo scoglio e raggiunta la tanto agognata laurea del vostro corso di studi triennale o a ciclo unico che sia, dovrete necessariamente sostenere l’esame di stato per l’abilitazione professionale all’albo, necessaria per diventare architetti.

È possibile iscriversi a due distinte sezioni dell’albo professionale, che variano a seconda del titolo conseguito, ovvero l’albo di primo livello per chi è in possesso della laurea triennale mentre albo di secondo livello per chi è in possesso di una laurea magistrale.

Una volta inseriti nell’albo degli architetti siete pronti a dare il via alle danze e intraprendere, finalmente, la vostra carriera lavorativa da liberi professionisti o da dipendenti.
