Il consulente d’impresa è un professionista che collabora con le aziende, offrendo la propria professionalità nella gestione dei vari rami (direzionali, amministrativi, etc).
Il successo di un’azienda dipende spesso dalla gestione, dalle scelte e da una accurata strategia, per raggiungere determinati obiettivi.
Questa linea guida, porta molte aziende ad affidarsi a dei consulenti, che sono dei veri esperti del settore, avendo accumulato una certa esperienza, frutto di collaborazioni in diverse aziende.
Pertanto, la crescente domanda di questa figura, ha portato ad un incremento di richieste e quindi nuove opportunità di lavoro per molti manager.
Ma quali sono i compiti e i guadagni di un consulente aziendale? E soprattutto, come si fa a diventarlo?
1. Quali sono i compiti del consulente d’impresa
Il consulente d’impresa è una figura al quale vengono affidate svariate mansioni all’interno di una azienda, volte al raggiungimento di obiettivi e al successo nel mercato.
Generalmente è una figura esterna, che viene chiamata per studiare delle strategie da attuare e nuove dinamiche, laddove l’azienda si trovasse in difficoltà o magari, si prefiggesse dei nuovi obiettivi per rilanciarla nel mondo economico.
Per questa ragione, non ci si rivolge a questo professionista solamente quando l’azienda è in crisi, anzi, sempre più di frequente, diventa una figura stabile per evitare che si possa andare incontro a momenti di recessione.
Come consulente, deve sapersi imporre nel contesto aziendale e deve far prevalere le proprie idee e la propria voce, rispetto a quelle altrui.
E’ importante saper programmare il lavoro e gli incarichi, mantenendo una sana gestione che garantisca positività e impegno proficuo fra gli impiegati.
Ovviamente, avere carattere è determinante per ricoprire questo incarico: un consulente si troverà spesso a dover prendere decisioni anche non facili e impopolari e questo compito non potrà essere svolto da una persona insicura o sprovveduta.
Avere un’ordinata e attenta metodologia, risulterà una carta vincente, nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Sviluppare un programma, seguirlo gradualmente tappa per tappa e analizzare i pro e i contro di ogni attività, saranno determinanti per effettuare un buon lavoro.
Ovviamente, questo prevede una profonda conoscenza di strumenti informatici, programmi amministrativi, oltre che possedere spiccate doti da leader.
Seguirà l’andamento dell’azienda nel mercato, studierà nuove mosse strategiche per promuoverla, si occuperà dell’amministrazione e del bilancio e, non ultimo, organizzerà i ruoli, in ogni fase di sviluppo, per ogni singolo collaboratore.
Sarà lui il garante di tutto e dipenderà da lui la buona riuscita o meno della nuova strategia.
2. Quanto guadagna un consulente d’impresa
Generalmente questo incarico lavorativo è abbastanza retribuito, perchè la figura in questione viene ricercata all’interno di grandi e solide aziende.
Difficilmente un piccolo imprenditore o una piccola azienda, che di norma va a conduzione personale o familiare, assumerà un consulente esterno.
I profitti possono variare parecchio e questo dipende dal tipo e dalla quantità di incarichi che gli verranno assegnati.
Ovviamente, più l’incarico ricoperto sarà di grande responsabilità, più verrà riconosciuto importante e di conseguenza meglio retribuito dall’azienda.
Il consulente aziendale può essere assunto a progetto, come libero professionista possessore di partita iva, oppure essere di fatto un impiegato dell’azienda stessa.
Nel caso di dipendente autonomo, in fase di ingresso in azienda, verrà pattuito un tariffario per la prestazione che verrà effettuata.
Invece, nel caso di un lavoratore dipendente, la retribuzione avverrà in busta paga, a seconda dell’inquadramento in azienda.
Resta il fatto, che il consulente d’impresa, rimane un incarico di prestigio e pertanto, anche nel caso di lavoratore dipendente, la fascia retributiva verrà collocata fra le più alte, talvolta al pari di retribuzioni destinate ai vertici.
Per cui, giusto per quantificare una fascia di retribuzione, se un lavoratore dipendente, in genere percepisce tra i 1200 ed i 1500 euro al mese, un consulente aziendale potrà arrivare a percepire cifre ben più alte, diciamo dai 1800 ai 2500 euro mensili e spesso anche di più.
3. Come diventare consulente d’impresa
Per questa professione non ci si può di certo improvvisare.
Verrà richiesto di ricoprire dei ruoli di prestigio e di responsabilità, che richiedono una certa cultura e preparazione in materia.
La materia in questione risulta essere, in primis, l’economia aziendale e amministrativa.
Pertanto, si consiglia il completamento almeno di un corso di laurea in questo campo, come per esempio, un corso in Economia aziendale e management, dove vengono studiati argomenti, che torneranno utili nella quotidiana gestione di un’azienda.
Il titolo di studio non è indispensabile, ma è consigliato per potersi avvalere di una certa credibilità e qualifica quando ci si propone per un colloquio.
Inoltre, esistono degli stage mirati, che si occupano di gestione delle imprese, e risultano molto utili per intraprendere questa carriera, e in più è indispensabile conoscere una lingua straniera, soprattutto l’inglese, per potersi trovare preparati nei mercati internazionali.
Maturare esperienze, tornerà utile al proprio curriculum, visto che questo incarico ha quasi sempre una scadenza, per cui sarà più facile potersi proporre sul mercato.
