Oggi, parleremo di uno dei mestieri che ha aiutato tutti noi a “illuminare” le nostre vite, ossia il mestiere dell’elettricista. L’elettricista altro non è che l’addetto al funzionamento degli impianti elettrici, che siano industriali, domestici o altro, è a loro che bisogna affidarsi.

Ok, abbiamo capito a livello generale quali sono i compiti di un elettricista. Ma se volessimo capire, più nel dettaglio, le vere mansioni di questi professionisti?

Dunque, passiamo a capire nei minimi particolari le varie attività svolte dagli elettricisti.

1. Quali sono le mansioni svolte dall’elettricista?

Coloro che esercitano questo tipo di professione hanno numerosi compiti e responsabilità. Naturalmente, non è detto che, qualora vi stesse approcciando a questa professione, vi capiteranno tutti questi compiti che tra poco andremo ad elencare.

Come accennato precedentemente, i compiti dell’elettricista sono davvero numerosi e difficili da elencare tutti. Nonostante ciò, cercheremo di elencarvi buona parte dei compiti che solitamente vengono assegnati per questo ruolo:

• la prima cosa che un buon elettricista deve essere in grado di fare è la lettura e la conseguente interpretazione dello schema di un impianto e delle specifiche del codice elettrico al fine di determinare gli schemi di cablaggio ad impianti nuovi oppure a impianti già esistenti.

• il secondo passo per essere un buon elettricista è quello di essere capace di installare un gran numero di strumenti elettrici in maniera sicura, efficiente e nel rispetto dell’ambiente. Tenete presente che questo secondo punto va a districarsi in tanti punti più piccoli che corrispondono a una buona parte dei lavori che l’elettricista deve essere capace di fare come ad esempio:

1. installazione, modifica, riparazione o manutenzione di strumenti di illuminazione, di distribuzione di corrente o di controllo;

2. installazione, esaminazione, riparazione o rimpiazzo di alternatori, generatori e altro ancora;

3. collegare cavi ad apparecchi così da formare un circuito. Ciò comporta tirare cavi anche in spazi ristretti nonché praticare eventuali fori nelle pareti o nella pavimentazione;

4. posizionare i cavi e fabbricare i pannelli di controllo verificandone il cablaggio;

5. alimentare apparecchiature di vario genere come ad esempio attrezzature audio/video o sistemi di sicurezza.

  • In caso di problemi, essere in grado di riconoscere e isolare guasti in impianti elettrici, eliminando le componenti difettose e sostituendole con nuovi pezzi funzionanti;
  • Risolvere eventuali errori di cablaggio o di connessione degli impianti di controllo che potrebbero sfociare in situazioni ad alto rischio o provocare danni;
  • Compiere procedure di manutenzione preventive e tenere un registro delle varie manutenzioni effettuate;
  • Supervisionare e coordinare le varie attività lavorative;
  • Effettuare delle stime attraverso il raccoglimento, l’analisi, la comparazione e il calcolo dei dati.

Questi sono solo alcuni dei lavori che un elettricista svolge nel quotidiano.

State tranquilli perché anche se a vederlo sotto questi termini possa sembra un lavoro parecchio complicato da svolgere, vi assicuriamo che non è così spaventoso come possa sembrare e che, come qualunque altro mestiere, anche questo può essere appreso con un po’ di buona volontà.

Detto questo, passiamo a uno degli aspetti più interessanti di ogni lavoro, ovvero la paga.

2. Quanto guadagna l’elettricista?

Prima di dare risposta a questo dilemma, sappiate che, come per qualunque altro mestiere la paga tende a variare in base a diversi criteri come ad esempio la posizione geografica (al nord la paga è spesso più elevata), l’ambito che può essere pubblico o privato, e molti altri fattori ancora.

Nonostante ciò, cercheremo di riportare in questa sede la cifra quanto più precisa possibile, in modo tale da farvi valutare in maniera chiara e con tutti i dettagli necessari questo tipo di professione, potendo così decidere se percorrere questa strada o optare per una diversa professione.

Fatte le giuste premesse, possiamo finalmente giungere al dunque.

La paga di un elettricista oscilla tra i 7 e i 12 euro orari secondo le ultime stime aggiornata all’anno seguente. Per alcuni di voi queste cifre potranno sembrare anche fin troppo elevate ma, come accennato in precedenza, il tutto dipende da numerosi fattori.

In primis considerate che un elettricista può lavorare sia come dipendente di qualche società e percepire così uno stipendio fisso dettato dall’azienda per cui è stato assunto (oltre che dall’esperienza maturata dato che una maggiore esperienza comporta anche un grado più elevato e, di conseguenza una paga più alta) oppure lavorare come libero professionista.

Considerate che lavorando come liberi professionisti la vostra paga verrà dettata dalle vostre abilità e dalla bravura nel farvi conoscere da quanta più gente possibile.

Se ciò vi soddisfa e siete intenzionati ad intraprendere questa carriera (decisamente affascinante) passiamo a vedere ciò che occorre per diventare elettricista.

3. Come diventare elettricista

Per tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di intraprendere questa carriera, abbiamo buone notizie.

Già, esistono infatti varie strade per diventare elettricista e più in particolare le strade possibili sono 4 e, a seconda della situazione in cui vi trovate al momento potrete scegliere quella più adatta a voi.

Andiamo a vedere insieme quali sono:

1. Il primo modo per diventare elettricista è dedicato ai più giovani e in particolare a coloro che hanno meno di 14 anni. Se a questa giovane età non sapete ancora cosa fare ma comunque vi hanno sempre appassionato componenti elettronici e tutto ciò che gira sul mondo della tecnologia vi consigliamo di iscrivervi a un istituto tecnico specializzato in quanto, per intraprendere questo tipo di professione sono necessari o un diploma di maturità o una qualifica professionale in materie tecniche seguiti da almeno 2 anni di lavoro continuativi in un’impresa del settore.

2. Passiamo adesso al secondo metodo dedicato a coloro che si ritrovano nella fascia d’età dai 18 anni in su e si apprestano a scegliere la facoltà universitaria. Sappiate che i corsi di laurea che vi permettono di intraprendere questa carriera sono i corsi quinquennali in architettura, ingegneria o fisica. Grazie a questi titoli di studio universitari non avrete bisogno del periodo lavorativo riconosciuto.

3. Vediamo ora il terzo metodo dedicato ai più grandi o comunque a tutti coloro che non hanno intenzione di andare all’università. In questo caso potete iscrivervi a dei corsi abilitanti con attestato di qualifica professionale che vengono rilasciati da istituti regionali, seguiti (come nel primo caso) da un periodo di lavoro continuato in un’ impresa del settore di almeno due anni.

4. Giungiamo al quarto e ultimo metodo per intraprendere questa professione ossia il metodo che in molti potrebbero preferire. Consiste nello svolgere un’attività lavorativa continuata di almeno 3 anni alle dipendenze di una società del settore (escluso il periodo di apprendistato) come operaio installatore con qualifica di specializzato.
