L’articolo di oggi è incentrato su uno dei mestieri più nobili e pericolosi che si possano trovare, ossia il vigile del fuoco.
Come ben saprete, nello svolgimento di questo lavoro non mancano sicuramente i rischi ma, allo stesso modo è una professione capace di regalare molte soddisfazioni.
Cerchiamo quindi di analizzare questo tipo di professione, incentrando le informazioni prevalentemente sulle mansioni, lo stipendio e ciò che occorre per diventare pompiere.
1. Quali sono i compiti del pompiere
Il lavoro del vigile del fuoco, oltre alla salvaguardia di persone, animali e beni culturali, prevede un gran numero di altre attività tra cui:
- prevenzione degli incendi
- soccorso in luoghi come mare e montagna
- messa in sicurezza delle opere
- certificare prodotti o materiali antincendio
- controllo della radioattività ambientale
- intervento in caso di calamità
e queste sono solo alcune delle più importanti.
Tenete presente che il ruolo del vigile del fuoco è solo uno dei tanti gradi che vengono assegnati all’interno del corpo dei vigili del fuoco.
Infatti, come in molti altri mestieri, è possibili godere di un avanzamento di carriera che comporta un aumento dello stipendio e alcune variazioni delle mansioni svolte.
Detto questo, torniamo ad occuparci del lavoro da pompiere lasciando gli avanzamenti di carriera ai successivi articoli.
Occupiamoci adesso di uno degli aspetti più interessanti di ogni mestiere, ovvero la paga.
2. Quanto guadagna un pompiere
Iniziamo subito dicendovi che se siete in cerca di un lavoro che vi faccia diventare ricchi, ahimè, lasciate perdere il mestiere del vigile del fuoco.
Già, perché nonostante gli alti rischi di questo mestiere possano far pensare ad una paga stratosferica, è necessario stroncare le vostre speranze ponendovi davanti la dura verità.
Lo stipendio di un vigile del fuoco rientra nella media degli stipendi italiani, ossia tra i 16000 euro e i 23000 euro annuali lordi (senza il conteggio delle indennità integrative speciali) che varia a seconda del grado.
Volendo essere più precisi, la paga di un pompiere semplice corrisponde, più o meno, a 16700 euro lordi.
Ciò, corrisponde a uno stipendio mensile di circa 1200-1300 euro.
Se ciò non vi fa desistere e siete ancora intenzionati a intraprendere questo tipo di carriera, passiamo ad esaminare ciò che occorre per diventare pompiere.
3. Come diventare vigile del fuoco
Sappiate che per entrare a far parte dei vigili del fuoco, occorre superare un concorso pubblico. In più, per partecipare al concorso è necessario avere:
- la maggiore età
- cittadinanza italiana
- essere in possesso dei regolari diritti civili e politici (non essere mai andati in fallimento, non essere in carcere o sottoposti a libertà vigilata, non essere interdetti dai pubblici uffici)
- essere in possesso di una regolare condotta (non bisogna essersi macchiati di nessun reato)
- possedere il diploma di istruzione secondaria di primo grado (licenza media)
- rientrare nei limiti di età
Per quanto riguarda i limiti di età, per il vigile del fuoco vanno dai 18 (maggiore età) fino ai 30 anni.
Tale età si estende fino ai 37 anni nel caso dei vigili del fuoco volontari (di cui parleremo in un altro articolo).
Tenete presente che essendo un lavoro particolarmente duro, è necessario possedere anche degli specifici requisiti fisici, in particolare:
- altezza minima non inferiore a 1,62 cm
- costituzione fisica sana e robusta
- piena integrità psichica
- indice di massa corporea massima pari a 30 e minima pari a 20 (per gli uomini) e 18 (per le donne)
- acutezza visiva complessiva minima pari a 14/10, mentre, per occhio non inferiore a 6/10 (l’occhio che vede meno) senza l’ausilio di lenti a contatto
- percezione della voce ad almeno 6 metri per entrambe le orecchie
Con questo, siete a conoscenza di tutto ciò che è necessario sapere riguardo la professione da vigile del fuoco ma ricordate sempre i rischi che questo lavoro comporta.
